Welcome to my toolbox! This is a collection of simple webapps I made to assist me while doing some basic analyses. You can find here:

• Character counter: A tool to count the amount of characters in a text, and in case of DNA will count the abundance of each nucleotide, calculates GC% and produces a histogram.
• Sequence Generator: A tool to generate N amount of random Fasta sequences
